This became the question everyone asked.

Under the cast, beside the fracture, Dr. Hart documented older patterned skin injuries inconsistent with the reported fall.
They had partially healed beneath fiberglass.
Grip marks.
Narrow linear injury.
Evidence Greg had restrained the arm before the fracture.
The cast covered them.
If removed early, somebody might photograph them.
