He admitted:
Knowing claims were inflated.
Signing some reimbursement forms.
Participating in the fake home-modification invoices.
Knowing Patricia planned to provoke me.
Remaining at the dinner after learning Max had been killed.
Telling Emily to eat.
He denied participating directly in Max’s death.
Evidence supported that distinction.
He had wanted the dog removed from the house.
He had not known Patricia’s exact action until afterward.
Could he have stopped the dinner then?
Yes.
He didn’t.
