Judith had no behavioral-health credential.
No childcare certification beyond raising two children decades earlier.
The trust did not require formal licensure for family respite.
But claims said:
Twenty hours weekly structured developmental supervision.
Behavioral reinforcement sessions.
Grooming compliance support.
Independent routine training.
Reality?
Meadow visited Judith perhaps two afternoons a week.
Sometimes Saturday.
Hours nowhere near claimed totals.
Some dates Judith billed while Meadow was at school.
One weekend while we were in Oregon visiting my brother.
