Tilda appealed one fraud conviction.
Her attorneys argued the jury instruction improperly allowed them to treat a disputed family-allocation practice as criminal intent.
The appellate court agreed on one count.
Vacated.
The forged-document convictions remained.
Several fraudulent reimbursement convictions remained.
Restitution adjusted slightly because one expense category was reclassified as civil trust misuse rather than criminal fraud.
