Fraudulent diversion/use of specifically traceable support funds.
False representations interfering with paternity process.
The restaurant intimidation incident.

The trial began with documents.
The lab representative testified:
No genuine test.
No case number.
No sample.
No result.
Then old pathologist signature.
Copied.
Then Lucinda’s computer.
Template file.
ROCCO CLOSEOUT folder.
Metadata.
Then family office manager.
Lucinda’s instructions.
“Do not increase Adeline payment.”
“Maintain separation.”
“No direct contact.”
Then Priya.
Careful.
She did not say:
Lucinda stole $248,000.
She separated every category.
That precision made Lucinda look worse, not better.
Then Adeline.
Defense asked:
“You wanted Rocco back?”
Adeline:
“No.”
“Never?”
“I wanted him to know the boys were his.”
“Why?”
“Because children deserve accurate parentage and support.”
Then:
“You came to his restaurant deliberately.”
“Yes.”
“With the boys.”
“Yes.”
“To force him to look at them.”
Adeline paused.
“Yes.”

Then:
“You knew public confrontation would embarrass Lucinda.”
“I hoped to reach Rocco before Lucinda stopped me.”
No sainthood.
No need.
Then Lucinda’s defense suggested Adeline’s poverty was exaggerated.
Adeline answered with tax returns.

Wages.
