Richard admitted knowing Tyler wanted “conduct evidence.”

He denied knowing about physical harm.

Texts supported him partly.

He repeatedly said:

No manufacturing.

No confrontation.

Document only.

But he also wrote:

We need this resolved before ten.

That meant he knew Ethan’s beneficiary status was the target.

He had turned his grandson into a procedural problem.

Not a child.

When I confronted him, he said:

“I was trying to preserve the deal for everyone.”

“Everyone?”

“Yes.”

“Including Ethan?”

“The sale benefits him.”
