Evidence supported that.
They wanted a land deal.
They knew a minor-beneficiary review could delay closing.
They asked Tyler:
“Can family clear it?”
He said yes.
No evidence they asked how.
Important.
Not every outsider becomes conspiracy because a family behaves badly.
Westbrook later suspended negotiations voluntarily once criminal allegations emerged.
