Notary scheduling.
Georgia claimed:
She drafted the extension expecting me to sign later.

Georgia to assistant:

Georgia:

That ended placeholder theory.
The assistant testified under immunity for document-related conduct.
She said she thought Georgia had verbal approval.

Georgia said so.
Again:
the family matriarch’s confidence substituted for verification.
The jury later separated intent carefully.
