Terms:
Vera resigns as trustee.
No finding of intentional theft.
Independent fiduciary administers Amelia’s interest.
Claudia’s line retains its lawful existing trust rights.
Amelia receives no forced cash payment.
Independent valuation used for any future sale or distribution.
My acquisition recognized as valid subject to governance safeguards.
Belladonna board expanded with two independent directors.
Vera keeps her personal membership if criminal protective conditions later permit.
No one takes her unrelated assets.
No humiliation clause.
She refused.
Why?
One sentence:
“I will not sign a document that says I need permission to protect my own family.”
That was the case.
Permission.
Consent.
Fiduciary duty.
Other people’s rights.
Vera experienced all of them as insults.
So the matter went to final hearing.
The criminal case would follow separately.
