He did not plead to stealing the entire trust.

He created a false document and allowed it to be used.
His cooperation exposed Robert’s instructions.

Graham:

Robert:

Graham:
Can draft internal memo.

Use her signature block. Family won’t question.
That was ugly.
Graham claimed he thought internal use only.
Then later:

First Hartford asking basis.
Robert:
Send clarification.
He knew external reliance developed.
His cooperation reduced sentence.
License discipline followed.
No more fiduciary practice.
Claire filed for separation.
