Helen emailed my old renovation authorization.
Subject:

Silas’s assistant extracted the signature image.
Did the assistant know it was unauthorized?
She later testified Silas said:
“Bennett signed conceptually. We’re cleaning paperwork.”
She believed him.
Silas inserted the signature.
Robert signed trustee certification.
Helen received final copy.
Nobody called me.
The lender’s verification process failed because my phone number on the application had been entered incorrectly by one digit.
Verification email went to a family-office account Robert controlled.
