Robert and Helen’s right to live in the house was not absolute.
Walter’s trust gave them lifetime occupancy provided they:
Paid ordinary personal expenses.
Maintained the property reasonably.
Did not encumber or pledge trust assets without corporate trustee and successor beneficiary approval.
Did not commit fraud affecting title.
A violation did not automatically throw them onto the street.
It triggered judicial review.
The court appointed Mountain West Fiduciary as temporary receiver.
Robert and Helen could remain during proceedings.
They hated that most.
They still slept in the house.

But could no longer direct repairs, accounts, leases, or property decisions without approval.
Control was gone before possession.
