Victoria did not testify.
Her right.
Her defense focused on reasonable reliance.
Lawyers.
Compliance officers.

Vendor managers.
If everyone processed the structure, why blame chairwoman?
Because emails existed.
Still, defense attacked meaning.
SMH — usable through marital file.

Defense experts disputed government calculations.

Then defense requested exclusion of one cloud backup recovered after my unauthorized copying because they claimed my access prompted a search that tainted it.
The judge held a hearing.
Federal agents had obtained the backup through independent warrant authority based on bank and witness evidence before receiving my drive.

Admitted.
My mistake complicated things.
Did not destroy them.
