No contact.
Restitution.
Fenella rejected.
She wanted a misdemeanor.
The prosecutor refused.
Five days.
Pregnant victim.
Premeditation.
Impersonation.
No food.
Then defense proposed:
Fenella pleads to false imprisonment with no admission of starvation as coercion.
The state refused again.
Then trial date.
