Bianca returned to the foundation board after an independent review.
I did not decide alone.

The DeLuca Foundation funded neighborhood clinics, scholarships, and legal-aid programs.
Legitimate work.
Bianca had chaired healthcare grants for six years.
After my accusation leaked, two partner organizations paused meetings.
Not because police charged her.
Because the surname already carried enough rumors.

The board commissioned outside counsel.
Conclusion:
No evidence Bianca participated in bracelet tampering.
She had exercised poor judgment in the family confrontation.
That did not constitute foundation misconduct.
She returned.
I attended the meeting.

“My earlier accusation was unsupported.”
One director looked surprised.

Then Bianca said:
“I also participated in pressuring Elena around her newborn.”
She did not need to.
She chose to.
The board chair said:
“This is not a family tribunal.”
Correct.
