Robert appealed one conviction.
The appellate court overturned the related-party nondisclosure count because the jury instruction did not properly separate disclosure standards.
His fraud and notice-obstruction convictions remained.
Sentence reduced modestly.

Lily was twelve.

She rolled her eyes.
