The prosecution began with my smartphone recording.

She did not claim every bruise came from Gwendolyn.
Some could have resulted from falls or handling.
The arm pattern was consistent with gripping.
The toxicologist identified Gwendolyn’s prescribed sedative in Florence’s blood.
Pharmacy records showed no prescription for Mom.
Marissa testified that she mixed the tablets into food.
She admitted her own crimes before describing Gwendolyn’s instructions.
The defense attacked her cooperation deal.
Messages supported her.

Dr. Price explained what remained in his original assessment.
Vincent testified for three days.
He admitted creating Alder Ridge, forging the trust termination, moving the deposit, and using my signature.
Gwendolyn’s attorney made his motive obvious.
“You are blaming my client to reduce years from your sentence.”
“Yes,” Vincent said.
The courtroom shifted.
Then he added, “The records also show what we did.”
Every significant statement had a bank transfer, email, or document behind it.
The defense could attack Vincent without erasing the files.

Claire explained the title dispute without claiming that greed proved abuse.
The prosecution kept physical and financial evidence connected through cause and timing.
Gwendolyn needed Florence impaired to obtain false capacity findings.
She needed false findings to support guardianship and deed transfer.
She needed the deed to release sale money.
When Florence resisted, medication became confinement.
Confinement became humiliation.
