Allegheny Family Fiduciary Services operated from the same office suite as the clinic’s billing department.
Its president was Adrian’s former medical-office manager.

Not every case involved poisoning.
Several involved serious mental illness requiring care.

He was later charged with conspiracy, child endangerment, healthcare fraud, and related offenses.
Julian denied knowing about the poisoning.
Emails showed he knew Tanner needed to become “nonparticipatory” before Northbridge would be challenged.
Whether he understood the medical method required separate proof.
