A three-year governance process began.
Employees.

Nutrition experts.
Investors.
Charitable partners.
Odessa.
No Harlan-dynasty veto.
Final structure:
twenty percent mission protection retained by Founder Trust;
ten percent transferred to an employee mission council;
ten percent to an independent school-partner council;
six percent to a charitable nutrition foundation;
five percent to long-term institutional mission trustees.
Fifty-one became twenty for Odessa’s branch.
Economic ownership remained separate.
No dramatic giveaway.
No poverty performance.
The trust still held valuable units.
Odessa remained wealthy.
Power simply became distributed.
