Then federal prosecutors confronted her with texts.

She negotiated.

False reporting.
Facilitation of evidence fabrication where applicable.
Federal:
Conspiracy to make false financial representations.
Identity-related facilitation.
Contract-fraud conspiracy tied to Horizon disclosures.
She did not plead guilty to personally assaulting me.
She had not.
She admitted helping Ryan create the false capacity narrative.
At plea hearing:
“Did you know Ryan had caused some of Emily’s bruises?”
“Yes.”
“Did you still sign statements attributing them to falls or self-directed behavior?”
“Yes.”
“Why?”
Linda cried.
“To protect my son.”
The judge asked:
“From consequences of what he did?”
Silence.
“Yes.”
That sentence mattered.
She admitted picking up medication in my name.
She claimed she believed Ryan’s lawyer wanted “documentation.”
She knew I had no diagnosis.
She did it anyway.
