Clear conflict disclosures.
Family members eligible for jobs only through professional process.
Daniel never returned.
Claire never returned to fiduciary roles.
Her sons pursued unrelated careers.
No one became the next patriarch.

Families staying near the children’s hospital paid nothing beyond what charitable funding covered.

One room was named after Evelyn because historically she bought the house.
