I had not shared it.
Naomi had not.
Sterling Trust had not.
Who did?
The metadata of the leaked PDF showed:

Interesting.
Eleanor accused me anyway.
We produced my device logs.
No access.
Then IT traced the copy to Sterling Family Communications.
Carol Ames’s subordinate had emailed it to a PR consultant.
Instruction from:
Eleanor.
Why leak something harmful to herself?
Context.
She wanted to frame Thomas’s clause as evidence that he had been paranoid and anti-family.
PR draft:
Founder’s eccentric governance provisions create costly uncertainty.
A strategic attempt to delegitimize the trust.
No crime.
Public strategy.
It backfired.
Employees liked Thomas more afterward.
Then another PR draft surfaced.
Created before the haircut.
SARAH STERLING TEMPORARY MEDICAL LEAVE.
Talking points:
Extreme work stress.
Difficulty sleeping.
Emotional volatility.
Need for restorative family time.
I stared.
“They were going to call me unstable.”
Naomi:
“Apparently.”
“Before I was injured.”
“Yes.”
The plan was larger than one fake resignation.

If I resisted resignation:

If I appeared bald after Eleanor’s act:
Maybe “breakdown.”
