Acquitted on one broader count alleging he intended to deprive Hanover of the full economic value of its preferred position.
The preferred position ultimately retained value.

Accurate.
Margaret’s plea stood.
Olivia Marks received no criminal conviction after cooperation and evidence supported that she initially believed claimed authority.

Later worked elsewhere.
People deserve proportionate consequences.
David’s federal sentence was coordinated with his state sentence.

Aggravating knowledge of abuse.
Mitigating cooperation.
At her sentencing, I said only one thing:
“Margaret watched her son hurt me and asked whether dinner would still be ready.”
She lowered her head.
“That sentence is why I do not need to exaggerate anything else.”
